Brief background info — After the release of Shadow of the Blue Sea Promo packs, the Simplified Chinese TCG has officially moved from Sword and Shield to Scarlet and Violet series! A new promo pack was also released along with this change.
On January 17th, 2025 the new Simplified Chinese TCG Promo pack “Ancient Times, Future Progress (亘古开来)” was officially released. To celebrate this release, Pokémon China is holding a special event for fans to participate in.
For the first, second, and third part of this promotion, fans received a new Sprigatito, Kirlia and Mimikyu pin. On May 15th, they announced for the forth part of the event, they will be giving out a Goldengo pin! Fans will have to first participate in a gym event from May 1st to 31tst. Upon completing the first quest, fans will have to participate again during June 1st to 30th. Those who completed both quests can apply to receive the pin from June 5th to 30th. Here is the pin:
