To celebrate Pokemon’s 30th Anniversary, they paired up with Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB) to hold a special “Baseball Festa 2026” event across the 12 baseball teams. All the teams choose a Pokemon that best represent the team to design a special event logo.
There will be special matches held for the Baseball Festa 2026 event and there will be exclusive team pins handed out during these events. To start out, Yomiuri Giants is holding three games from April 3rd to 5th at Tokyo Dome. Each game will have a different free gift and on April 5th, the gift will be a team logo pin.
Similar to the Giants, Hiroshima Toyo Carp will be holding three games from April 21st to 23rd at Mazda Zoom-Zoom. On April 23rd, the free gift will also be a team logo pin. Here are the pins:
In addition to the event pins, Hiroshima Toyo Carp is also releasing 5 special pins on their online store. The pins are 1,000 Yen each and have a limited amount of 2,000 each. The sale will start March 6th, 2026 and products are scheduled to be shipped at the end of April. Here are the pins:
