Pokémon Center New York (2001) -- closed

Pokémon Center New York was opened in 2001 for several years. It was closed down and reopened in 2005 as Nintendo New York. The store released two pins — a logo pin and an opening exclusive pin. Both pins features Pikachu and Pichu as they were the representing the center. The opening exclusive pin came with a clear plastic box and only 3000 sets were released. 

Pokémon Center Singapore (2019)

Pokémon Center Singapore was opened on April 17th, 2019 in Jewel Changi Airport. During the pandemic the center was closed, however it has new reopened to the public and is currently the only official Pokémon Center store outside of Japan.

Currently there are two pins released — one Logo pin featuring Pikachu, Lapras and Celebi released during opening; one costume Pikachu pin released on the first anniversary of the center.

Pokémon Center Taipei (2023)

Pokémon Center Taipei will be opening on December 8th, 2023.

London Pop Up Store (2019) -- closed

To celebrate the release of Pokémon Sword and Shield, Pokémon Center opened their first pop up store in London. The pop up store was opened from October 18th to November 15th, 2019. It had two exclusive pins, both featuring Pikachu as a gentlemen — a logo crest pin and a greeting card pin. 

NAIC Pop Up Store (2022) -- closed

Pokémon Center opened a Pop Up store during 2022 North America International Championship. The competition was held from June 24th to 26th. The Pop Up store sold a lanyard set including 4 pins. (Click here to see other championship related pins)

London Worlds Pop Up Store (2022) -- closed

Along with the 2022 World Championship, Pokémon Center opened a Pop Up store. World championship was held from August 18th to 21st. The Pop Up store had 4 exclusive pin sets — a duo pin set and 3 lanyard pin sets. One of the lanyard is world’s theme featuring Pikachu and Roserade. The other two lanyards are exclusive to London Pokémon Center. (Click here to see other championship related pins)    

EUIC Pop Up Store (2023) -- closed

Following the success of 2022 London Worlds Pop Up store, Pokémon Center also opened a Pop Up store during 2023 Europe International Championship. The competition was held from April 14th to 17th. The Pop Up store had two exclusive pins — an Eevee championship pin and a lanyard with 4 pins. (Click here to see other championship related pins)

Yokohama Worlds Pop Up Store (2023) -- closed

Along with the 2023 World Championship, Pokémon Center opened a Pop Up store. World championship was held from August 11th to 13th. This year’s pins are not exclusive to the Pop Up store as these pins were also available in Japan’s Pokémon Center stores. (Click here to see other championship related pins)    

Korea Jeju Island Pop Up Store (2023) -- closed

From July 28th to August 27th, 2023. Pokémon opened a Pop Up store in Jeju Island, Korea. The theme of the store features Jeju Island’s specialty — Hallabong Tangerines and Dol Hareubang (rock statues). The pin design is Pikachu dressed up as a tangerine and it is a spinning pin. Korea Winter Days Seoul/Busan Pop Up Store (2023)

From November 3rd to 30th, 2023. Pokémon opened 5 Pop Up store in Seoul and Busan, Korea. The theme of the store is “Winter Days”. There are 8 sets of pins each includes 2 pins that are connected by a chain (read detailed blog post). They also released a winter countdown calendar that includes 4 unique pins (read detailed blog post). All the items are also sold on Korea Pokémon Center online store.

EUIC Pop Up Store (2024) -- closed

Continuing last year’s tradition, Pokémon Center opened a Pop Up store during 2024 Europe International Championship. The competition was held from April 5th to 7th. The Pop Up store had five exclusive pins — four singular championship pins and a lanyard with 4 pins. The main Pokémons of this year’s store is Gengar, Armarouge and Ceruledge.
